The Police in Jos today averted it successfully after it was placed in Plateau State capital. The officers of the Bomb Disposal Unit stated that the fuse of the device was already been lit and it was successfully extinguished before it could explode.
Luckily for the Primary students, a Bomb was defused by the bomb squad after been lit for explosion..
Also report tells us that the device was locally made and contained one kilogram of explosives
