Water source |
It’s no longer news that some Abuja residents have been out of water supply since 15th July 2015. Source gathered that the reason for the water scarcity is as a result of a busted inlet pipe in the Dam (Usman Dam in Bwari) which has cost some part of the Abuja metropolitan area not having portable water supply. So on these note, the people of Abuja have no other alternative than to fall back to buy water from water hookers known as Mai Ruwa. Who tend to use the situation to inflate price on per 20 litters of gallon @ ₦100 against ₦20 making customers not having any options than to buy. Now the question on everyone lips is. When will the water be restored?
